Sensual Fitness Classes

Combined with our pole dancing classes, we offer our very popular sensual fitness classes, to give you an all-round body workout. Besides keeping you fit and toned, you will learn how to move your body sexily and with confidence.

The classes incorporate chair and lap dance moves, sexy floor moves and dance steps. Because the moves are slow, deliberate and controlled, you get a full body workout but without hurting your joints. No more shin splints, running on a treadmill, just great fun!
